How quickly can I get my new resume?
This varies as each client is unique. Each service usually involves multiple revisions as we work on your documents, please be mindful of this when engaging our services. We involve you in the drafting process so that you have every opportunity for input. While you are reviewing drafts and answering further queries on your experience we can continue working on other areas, making the most of our time. We suggest you allow two weeks prior to your application deadlines to complete the resume building experience.
Do I need to find a job to apply for first before I do a resume?
We need to know what industry or occupation you are targeting as a minimum, however if you have found a role you would like to apply for we can tailor your resume with key words specific to the role and organisation.
What if I’m not happy with my resume?
We will keep working with you on your resume until you are satisfied. We take you through the drafting process, giving you the opportunity to edit and review before the final product. See the process for more details.
Why are other resume writers charging $600+?

Do I need multiple versions of my resume?
There is really only one situation that requires multiple versions of your resume. If you are applying for roles across two very different industries, or you are working simultaneously in two very different roles/industries, then you should have a version for each industry.

Do I need a cover letter?
A cover letter gives you the opportunity to tell your potential employer a little about yourself and highlight the relevant section of your resume they are most interested in. It also allows you to advise them of when you are available to commence and any upcoming holidays or unavailability you have coming up.
Does it matter how long a resume is?
The answer to this questions may vary between recruiters and hiring managers. I feel the answer is quite simple: No employer is going to miss out on their ideal candidate by rejecting a resume because it’s too short or too long. They look for the most relevant sections of your resume, which is why the format and layout can have an impact.
